Kristensen refers to McKinsey research, which reveals an interesting fact:
In the B2B segment, 77% of decision-makers prefer video calls over phone calls when communicating with suppliers.
The phones certainly haven’t started ringing yet, but it’s safe to assume that business communication will increasingly shift towards video conferencing.
